Do you tweet, share, and post to social media in your sleep? Do you have a certain savvy way with words? Do you know what it takes to grow an online community?
We’re looking for just the right person to add to our marketing team. This person will help grow the Spirit Lake Silver & Gold community by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.
You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
This person also needs to have an understanding of our local advertising market, by creating fresh and relevant print, radio and television ads.
Our ideal candidate is an original content creator, full of fresh ideas. This person can creatively and effectively communicate these ideas to our customers, and has a good handle on current social and advertising trends to know how to get our message out.
A big plus for us will be someone who understands and has experience with website management and marketing. No HTML or CSS experience required, however, you should have a good grasp on marketing products online using Facebook ads, know how to use a pixel, and measure conversions.
-Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Snapchat and whatever new channels that may be deemed relevant.
-Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
-Manage the more traditional side of our advertising portfolio, including things like newspaper, magazine, tv and radio.
-Manage eCommerce websites
-Write and execute email campaigns
-Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
-Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
The person we are looking for is:
-Active and well-rounded personal experience in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
-Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
-Experience in e-commerce management- writing product description, updating inventory and running effective ad campaigns
- Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, video creation, photography and blogging.
