At Spirit Lake Silver and Gold, we understand the importance of having a skilled individual to help navigate the ever-evolving landscape of marketing platforms. Tech- savvy: Our ideal candidate should be familiar with various social media platforms, customer relationship management tools, and analytics to optimize our online presence.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is key, whether it's crafting compelling captions, writing compelling radio ads or engaging with our followers.
Organizational Skills: Juggling multiple platforms and campaigns can be challenging, so we need someone who can stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively.
Analytical Thinking: It's not just about posting content; we need someone who can analyze data and insights to refine our strategy and achieve measurable results.
Team Player: Collaboration is essential in marketing, so our assistant should be able to work well with the rest of the team and contribute to our overall goals.
Passion for the Brand: Finally, we want someone who is genuinely passionate about our jewelry and excited to help us tell our story in a meaningful way.
A few important details include:
- $18+ starting hourly wage, depending on experience
- Extra pay for Saturdays
- $400 monthly for health expenses, $4,800 a year (HRA)
- no nights or Sundays (may need to work a Saturday here and there)
